Cindy Bradley at Robert Half is actively recruiting for a SR. Financial Analyst with this well established MFG company located in Stafford, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, supporting key decision-making processes, and driving profitability through strategic insights. This position requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including gross profit margin evaluations and pricing model assessments.

• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.

• Analyze trade and advertising expenses, as well as brand marketing initiatives, to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Oversee reporting for retail operations, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate on cost improvement projects (CIPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

• Perform variance analysis for pricing models across diverse product lines.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions to create comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.

• Support accounting functions related to general ledger (G/L) close processes.

• Generate Crystal Reports to streamline data management and reporting.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve financial performance.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, with a focus on attention to detail.

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.

• Familiarity with accounting processes, including G/L close procedures.

• Experience analyzing gross profit margins and pricing strategies.

• Knowledge of trade, advertising expenses, and brand marketing analysis.

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.

• Understanding of retail operations, including Amazon retail and POS systems.
