Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Oversee cash flow management, providing regular updates and forecasts to support financial decision-making.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor expenditures to align with financial goals.

• Utilize and maintain computerized accounting systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and other related software.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

• Handle month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.

• Provide support to auditors during financial audits, supplying necessary documentation and insights.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets with precision.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Demonstrated knowledge of cash flow analysis and financial forecasting.

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) or similar accounting software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
