What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

+ Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints across email, phone, and other platforms.

+ Manage orders, returns, and requests in fulfillment systems seamlessly.

+ Build in-depth product knowledge to provide solutions and share insights with customers.

+ Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

+ Support customers in a showroom environment.

+ Ensure clear and professional communication in both written and verbal formats.

+ Contribute to office support tasks like managing supplies and coordinating catering.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Fluency in Spanish – written and spoken (required).

+ 2+ years of customer service experience.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
