Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our client's team based in Wilsonville, OR. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the organization maintains a competitive, fair, and consistent compensation structure. This is a key role within the Human Resources department, requiring expertise in pay equity analysis, job description development/redesign, and position classification.

Daily Tasks/Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive pay equity analyses to ensure internal and external fairness across job roles and demographics.
+ Monitor and analyze salary structures to align compensation programs with market trends and business objectives.
+ Identify and resolve inequities, recommending adjustments or new strategies as necessary to remain compliant with local and federal regulations.
+ Write, edit, and redesign job descriptions to ensure roles are clearly defined, accurate, and compliant with company standards and evolving organizational needs.
+ Collaborate with managers and HR teams to gather insights on job duties and responsibilities for effective documentation.
+ Ensure job descriptions incorporate DEI principles and align with industry best practices.
+ Perform job evaluations to classify roles appropriately and consistently within the organization's job framework.
+ Maintain and update a repository of classifications to ensure clarity across departments for various roles and pay grades.
+ Partner with HR and leadership to ensure new roles and reclassifications meet organizational and legal compliance standards.
+ Prepare and present regular reports demonstrating market comparisons, internal equity analyses, and forecasting.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM) are a strong plus.
+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a fast-paced organizational environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and HRIS systems; experience with statistical or analytical tools is a plus.
+ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency laws, and pay equity compliance.
