Our client, a global leader in high-performance textiles, is currently hiring **Operators at their Durham, NC** location! This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity to join a stable, innovative company committed to employee wellness, growth, and sustainability.

As an Operator, you will:

+ Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment

+ Load materials, perform some mechanical adjustments

+ Prepare product samples, measuring and visually evaluating products

+ Conduct inspections to ensure product quality (thickness, weight, visual appearance, etc.) and record production data

+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Schedule & Pay:

+ Starting pay is $18.00 – $ 22.00/hr.

+ 12-hour swing shifts (2-week cycle alternating between days and nights)

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or GED required

+ Must be willing to obtain forklift certification

+ Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods

+ Must pass a background check and drug tes

+ Reliable transportation
