We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Coordinator** to provide critical support to senior-level leadership and cross-functional teams. This role requires a skilled professional with a problem-solving mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage complex daily calendars, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing last-minute changes with efficiency and discretion.
+ Coordinate large internal and cross-functional meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items.
+ Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries, including assistance with travel documentation.
+ Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time; manage travel and reimbursement requests.
+ Oversee conference room scheduling and ensure common areas are maintained and functional.
+ Act as the primary liaison for building-related matters, partnering closely with the Facilities Manager.
+ Develop a strong understanding of organizational operations, culture, and internal processes to provide seamless support.
+ Handle and safeguard highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience preferred.
+ 5–7 years of experience supporting senior-level management in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
+ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
+ Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
+ Experience coordinating travel, processing expenses, and managing office logistics.
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
