    A day in the role…

    • Both inbound and outbound calls to obtain records.

    • Will call Medical Facilities, Corporations, Medical clinics, Hospitals, and places of employment.

    • Will be reaching out to obtain medical records, billing records, employment records, workers comp records, Xrays, payroll records, lab reports.

    Necessary Skills and Strengths:

    Medical Records| Medical Insurance| HIPAA

    Core Experience:

    • 2+ years medical administrative or call center

    • Experience working in Excel

    • Attention to detail

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
