BluePearl Pet Hospital is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer.

You’ll drive data-informed decision-making through advanced tools like Power BI, DAX, and PowerApps, while aligning analytics initiatives with strategic business goals. As the Business Intelligence Developer, you will:

+ Design and deliver advanced BI reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX for in-depth analysis.

+ Calculate and communicate the ROI of BI projects to highlight business value.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

+ Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and develop scalable applications with PowerApps.

+ Lead documentation processes, gather requirements, and manage version control through Git Enterprise.

+ Facilitate training sessions and promote data literacy while staying ahead of BI trends and technologies.

Education & Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ 3–5 years of hands-on experience with BI development, especially in Power BI, DAX, RLS, and PowerApps.

+ Strong proficiency in ROI analysis, Git Enterprise, and agile project collaboration.

+ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

+ _Bonus: Experience with Python, SQL, and React is strongly preferred._

+ Some travel may be required, up to 25%.

Starting pay; $84,000 annually.
