    Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Coordinators are an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and the overall recruitment process. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our candidates and client groups experience the highest level of customer satisfaction, beginning with the interview process, to all pre-employment candidate activities (onboarding), and through the new hire's first day. This person will also be responsible for supporting other Recruiting-related activities and projects as assigned.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    + Manage all aspects of interview coordination for assigned client groups, including scheduling interviews, confirming availability with the interview team, sending candidate communications, and making travel arrangements when necessary.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process; greet and escort candidates onsite to interviews to ensure a welcoming and professional experience.

    + Generate, proofread, and send offer letters via Workday, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company guidelines.

    + Oversee and track all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, and physicals, if applicable.

    + Maintain regular communication with candidates during pre-employment to provide updates, request documentation, and ensure the timely completion of all required steps.

    + Prepare and send all pre-employment communications to candidates and hiring managers.

    + Coordinate Day One logistics, including asset and badge preparation, greeting new hires at the Visitors Center or designated location, and conducting I-9 and E-Verify processing in compliance with federal requirements.

    + Deliver the new hire orientation presentation and facilitate Q&A to introduce company policies, culture, and resources.

    + Support fellow Recruiting Coordinators by providing coverage during absences, high-volume periods, and team projects.

    + Collaborate as part of a six-person Recruiting Coordinator team to ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all responsibilities.

    + Lead and/or support additional talent acquisition projects and process improvements, as assigned.

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    + A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is required.

    + 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR support, including 1+ year as a Coordinator, managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    + Proven organizational skills; ability to multitask and handle many different daily responsibilities.

    + Flexibility and willingness to embrace change are necessary; Coordinators work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. You must be comfortable conducting orientation for varying levels in person and virtually online.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate to varying levels of the organization through email and over the phone.

    + Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

    + Must be self-motivated and can self-direct daily work to meet goals and deadlines.

    + Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

    + Working knowledge of creating and executing projects, including developing project plans.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.

    + Prior experience in a phone-based role within a business environment is preferred.

    + Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) with offer letters and pre-employment activities preferred
