    Job Description Summary

    Our C&W Technology Team of Project Managers, Business Analysts & Solution Consultants work closely with our client and account stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to deliver value through technology and provide insights into solutions that support targeted outcomes. A thoughtful yet connected approach brings improved client outcomes and results in a strategy that is closely aligned to defined business objectives. The overall C&W objective is to provide an open, data-centric, technology ecosystem that can provide short-term value and long-term flexibility as operational and workplace requirements change and new opportunities emerge.

     

    Our curated technology ecosystem and platform provide vetted solutions that specifically address operational challenges and opportunities as well as create enhanced experiences for occupants, employees, and visitors. C&W has worked with numerous industry-leading technology vendors to identify a connected and interoperable set of solutions.

     

    This is a full-time position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home, office or hoteling space as required. Travel may be required.

     

    The Support Manager is responsible for oversight and management of integrated tools, specifically FAMIS360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud, to ensure data integrity, system governance, and compliance. The Support Manager will also provide guidance and leadership to a CMMS Analyst direct report tole. This role requires a deep understanding of CMMS administration while also serving as a mentor and leader, providing training and career development opportunities for direct reports. The role will also play a critical role in maintaining SOC 2 compliance, implementing best practices, and ensuring the consistent and accurate use of system data across all managed accounts.

    Job Description

    Leadership & Team Management

    + Lead and mentor CMMS administrator, fostering professional growth and development.

    + Ensure adherence to SOC 2 compliance, data governance, and best practices in system administration.

    + Provide ongoing training and coaching to direct reports, creating career growth opportunities.

    + Oversee day-to-day operations of tools, ensuring timely and accurate execution of system administration tasks.

    + System Administration & Data Governance

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for all Autodesk Construction Cloud and FAMIS360-related questions, support, and escalations.

    + Maintain data integrity and system security by enforcing user access controls, managing permissions, and conducting periodic audits.

    + Oversee configuration, data loading, and maintenance of system modules (Vendors, Assets, Schedules, Inventory, etc.).

    + Ensure quarterly compliance audits are completed for user access, inactive properties, and system settings.

    + Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across accounts.

    + Proactively identify system improvements, training needs, and process enhancements for better efficiency.

    Account & Stakeholder Collaboration

    + Partner with C&W TDS Delivery Managers, IT teams, and account teams to support system setup and integration.

    + Participate in transition meetings related to FAMIS360 and other integrated systems (Yardi, JDE, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CoStar).

    + Manage user security profiles, property configurations, and system enhancements based on business needs.

    + Compliance & Continuous Improvement

    + Ensure SOC 2 compliance by maintaining strict controls over user management, security settings, and data governance policies.

    + Support internal and external audits by providing system reports and ensuring data accuracy.

    + Work closely with IT and leadership to drive platform improvements and system enhancements.

    Knowledge & Skills

    + Extensive experience in CMMS administration (FAMIS 360 preferred).

    + Strong understanding of SOC 2 compliance, data governance, and system security best practices.

    + Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues proactively.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

    + Familiarity with property management, facilities management, and compliance requirements.

    The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

     

    The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

     

    The compensation for the position is: $106,250.00 - $125,000.00
