Summary This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA FIELD COMMAND USCENTRAL (ORG CS1). Responsibilities Serves as the Senior Management Analyst for DISA Central Field Command with responsibility for workforce planning, data gathering, analyses. Reviews and evaluates proposed management directed changes to organizational structures, division of labor, assignment of responsibility and accountability, mission/function, and utilization of human resources. Prepares and delivers briefings to and on behalf of the Division Chief, CS1, on manpower and personnel policy recommendations. Monitors the recruitment and staffing, position management and classification, compensation issues, employee-management relations, employee benefits and services and other related human resources matters. Advises on program management of military/civilian personnel, manpower, time and attendance, in/out processing, payroll, training, military and civilian awards, discipline, performance appraisals, evaluations, personnel security, and travel. Basic Requirements: To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel management and manpower processes and procedures; implementing workforce plans, strategies, and guidance to support manpower, personnel, and training requirements; and preparing and presenting evaluation analysis and findings to senior-level management..
