The Tech-In- Charge (Foreman) willbe responsible forsupervising andcoordinating the activities ofourdieseltechnician team, ensuring the timely and efficient diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of diesel vehicles and equipment.     Key Responsibilities:

    •Coordinateandprioritizetheworkloadofthedieseltechnicianteam,assigningtasksandensuringthatall work is completed in a timely manner.

    •(4) Four Years of full-time heavy duty maintenance experience and pass a practical test demonstrating A Mechanic proficiency.

    •Utilizeadvanceddiagnostictoolsandtechniquestoidentifyandtroubleshootcomplexmechanicaland electrical issues in diesel vehicles and equipment.

    •Manageinventorylevelsofpartsandsupplies,ensuringadequatestocklevelstosupportmaintenanceand repair activities while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

    •Performpreventivemaintenance,inspections,andrepairsondieselengines,transmissions,brakes,and other components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

    + Travel requirement outside of immediate area 10%

    + Coach and monitor members of the work team.

    + Must be able to teach A, B, and C Technicians

    + Otherdutiesasrequired.

    Qualifications:

    •Minimumof4ofexperienceasadieseltechnician,withdemonstratedproficiencyindiagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems.

    •Strongleadershipandsupervisoryskills,withthe abilitytoeffectivelymanage andmotivatea team.

    + Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-pacedenvironment,whilemaintainingahigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Tech-in-Charge must possess at least four (4) ASE certifications to remain in this role. The Company may waive this requirement.ASE Certification is the preferred method of hiring and promotion. In lieu of ASE certification an A Mechanic must have 4 years of full-time heavy-duty vehicle maintenance experience and pass a practical test demonstrating A Mechanic profiency.

    + Mustbe able toworkshifts or flexible workschedulesasneeded.

    + SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

    PhysicalRequirements:

    + Workoutsideinvaryingtemperature,weather,andhumidityconditions-100%ofthejobisperformed outside, work alone and in remote locations.

    + Sitforextendedperiods (upto6–8hours perday);frequentlywalkforlongdistances andonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

    + Pushandpullobjectsupto50pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

    + Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
