Position Contingent Upon Contract Award

As the Lifecycle Manager , you will have a background in IT systems management and integration to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

+ Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle-from planning and deployment to retirement

+ Define and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with mission objectives

+ Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation

+ Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity

+ Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment

+ Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk

+ Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

+ High school diploma/GED with 10 years or

+ Associate's with 8 years or

+ Bachelor's with 6 years or

+ Master's with 4 years

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

+ Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases

+ Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning

+ Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworks

+ Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms

+ Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
