What You Will Do:

+ Key material requests into SAP

+ Accurately pick material from storage machines with specific SAP locations and batches

+ Responsible for proper storage of material and filing of documentation

+ Resolving medium-complex issues with inventory management.

+ Owns cycle count process.

+ Conduct inventory audits as required

+ Handle urgent need requests from internal and external customers

+ Report, update, transact and provide information that facilitates the general repair process

+ Handle any additional tasks as requested

+ Weekend (Saturday) commitment is occasionally required to meet customer needs

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.

+ U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Working knowledge of SAP

+ Proficiency with computer-based software, specifically Microsoft Office.

+ Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include pivot tables and formulas.

+ Solid understanding of inventory management, specifically receiving and stockroom.
