Main duties

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Digital marketing

+ Websites

+ Content: develop new pages and/or manage updates (depending on the website)

+ SEO/SEA organization/follow-up

+ Leads generation

+ Web analytics

+ Internal & external coordination

+ Linkedin

+ Manage Content

+ Organize Paid campaigns and any other lead generation tool (pro-activity is needed)

+ Coordinate with local teams (Europe/ US)

+ Monitor marketing campaign progress and results to gather data to help improve performance

+ Non-digital marketing

+ Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including presentations & flyers

+ Support with organizing internal & external events

+ Ideally, degree-educated with a marketing subject from a reputable university

+ Ideally experience within a B2B environment. Different industries are welcome

+ Knowledge of Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Adobe suite is a real plus (InDesign or at least Canva)

+ Familiar with LinkedIn solutions

+ Autonomous and thorough

+ Confident and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail

+ Creative and open-minded to incorporate new trends and ideas to marketing

+ Fast learner with the ability to multi-task

+ Positive and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility and prioritize various responsibilities as needed

+ Result driven mindset

+ Strong team player working with various teams (people of varied cultures and backgrounds)
