Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Architecture team supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Engineer

**Location:** Remote

What's the Job?

+ Designing and creating data models to effectively store and retrieve information.

+ Developing and implementing the overall data infrastructure, including data warehousing and analytics systems.

+ Establishing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.

+ Leading, planning, and executing data migrations to new systems or platforms.

+ Monitoring and optimizing the performance of data systems and infrastructure.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

+ Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role (5+ years).

+ Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.

+ Experience leading a team of 3 or more direct reports.

+ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
