We are looking for a reliable outbound fulfillment associate to drive our box truck making deliveries with excellent customer service to various locations. This is a critical role that will contribute to our overall patient diagnostic care by ensuring our field staff have what they need to provide excellent patient care.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides professional, respectful, friendly and high-quality customer service and excellent communications to all customers while in the fulfillment center or out on the road making deliveries via a large box truck. This position processes all incoming orders, assuring they are accurately picked, packed, confirmed and delivered in a timely manner and is expected to drive safely, deliver orders in an efficient and courteous manner, and is to be accurate and polite while delivering supplies.

_Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Two (2) years’ previous experience in making deliveries and/or warehouse operations.

+ Must have a safe driving record and valid Arizona driver’s license.

+ Must be able to drive a box truck (no CDL required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Associate’s degree or higher level of education.

+ One-year previous supply management experience within healthcare, clinical or diagnostic laboratory industry.

+ One year experience in direct customer facing role.

+ Previous experience driving a box truck.

+ Basic skill-level in MS Excel

+ Additional related education and/or experience.
