    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a talented Legal Report Writer / Legal Scribe for a part-time role. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and develop professional, structured documentation critical to internal AI-related processes.

     

    Start Date: June 9th, 2025

     

    Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (Must be available to work between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (schedule to be determined in advance).

     

    Pay: $25/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Draft clear, professional, and highly detailed reports derived from software-generated data inputs.

    + Utilize AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI to assist in document creation and refinement.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and ensure all reporting aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Maintain exceptional attention to detail and ensure reports meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.

    Requirements

    + A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or a strong background in Linguistics and/or Technical Writing is highly preferred.

    + Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing, and grammatical skills.

    + Prior experience working with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI is a significant plus.

    + Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is advantageous but not required.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity.
