Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to customer service operations while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming tasks to the appropriate department for efficient processing.
• Identify and merge duplicate profiles to maintain accurate records.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer needs.
• Manage and complete data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate email correspondence to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Schedule appointments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to support daily operations.
• Process order entries and ensure all information is correctly documented.
The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, verified through a typing test.
• Familiarity with and Five9 systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is considered a strong asset.
• All candidates are required to undergo a comprehensive review process, including verification of qualifications and compliance with company policies.
