    We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our client's team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is ideal for someone who excels in corporate tax compliance and enjoys working with advanced financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical tax reporting and compliance efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review corporate income tax returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct compliance audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in tax filings.

    • Manage ad hoc reporting requests and provide timely, accurate financial data to stakeholders.

    • Monitor changes in tax laws and implement updates to corporate tax strategies accordingly.

    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in tax reporting.

    • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions, ensuring alignment with accounting standards.

    • Analyze financial records and data to support accurate tax filings and decision-making.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for tax compliance processes and procedures.

    • Support internal and external audits by providing relevant tax documentation and insights.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate tax accounting or a related field.

    • Strong knowledge of corporate income tax regulations and compliance.

    • Experience with compliance audits and resolving tax discrepancies.

    • Ability to manage ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
