Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a growing company in Bend, Oregon. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while handling critical financial tasks that support the organization’s operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in manufacturing and experience with Sage 100.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including coding invoices and ensuring timely payments.

• Handle cash posting and accruals to maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform month-end close activities, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and reports are prepared.

• Conduct general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts with precision and attention to detail.

• Prepare financial reports that support decision-making and operational planning.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Assist in maintaining the functionality of Sage 100 for accounting tasks.

• Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and reporting needs. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

• Proficiency in Sage 100 and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Familiarity with cash posting, coding invoices, and accrual accounting.

• Expertise in month-end close procedures and account reconciliations.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

• Background in manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
