    Description

    Are you an awesome Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a career change? Then we have the role for you, we are staffing for an expanding company that needs a reliable and proficient Accounts Payable Specialist.

    The Accounts Payable Specialist will be over:

    + Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues

    + Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues

    + Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, including vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements

    + Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable with vendor statements and internal records.

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred

    + Sage experience required

    + Highly organized, detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
