100% on site ABQ: MUST HAVE experience with program: "Blackbot". We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Benefits HR Temp for a 2-month assignment with a well-established organization. In this dual-role position, you’ll be responsible for managing AP functions, supporting employee benefits administration, and ensuring timely, accurate processing. Experience with Blackbaud (Blackbot) is a must, as you'll be using it daily to manage transactions and HR data. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR operations and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Apply today!

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and benefits administration.

• Proficiency in Blackbaud (Blackbot) software is required.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, or Ceridian.

• Strong understanding of 401(k) administration, COBRA, and claims processing.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Strong communication skills to address employee inquiries effectively.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and transactions.
