Description

We are seeking a subject matter expert with proven experience in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role will focus on managing, optimizing, and enhancing the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint environments. Key responsibilities include configuring, troubleshooting, and extending Microsoft 365 applications and leveraging Power Platform tools to drive collaboration, document management, and workflow efficiencies across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will also develop process flows, work specifications, and detailed documentation for moderately complex tasks. This position requires a team-oriented professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse business functional teams to improve operations. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging technical and non-technical audiences alike. We are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive, and results oriented.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive, to align with business requirements.

+ Design and implement SharePoint environments, including sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions, while adhering to best practices.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.

+ Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.

+ Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.

+ Manage user access, permissions, and security settings across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.

+ Implement security, governance, and performance best practices for Power Platform applications and SharePoint environments.

+ Deliver user training and technical support for Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.

+ Perform regular system maintenance, monitor performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.

+ Keep up-to-date with new features, functionalities, and best practices for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint, recommending applicable upgrades or capabilities.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) and relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications.

+ Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator with expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate configuration and administration.

+ Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Automate workflows and process automation.

+ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks (preferred).

+ Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
