Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This short-term hybrid Contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales and administrative processes while enhancing client relationships. The role involves managing customer data, ensuring accuracy in system entries, and providing exceptional support to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to sales producers during the sales cycle, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain and update client information within the Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM) system with precision.
• Identify and correct data inaccuracies in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with data analysts to organize and input data into the CRM system effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tasks such as formatting, sorting, and managing data spreadsheets.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving client issues promptly.
• Manage E-Mail correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed to support team operations.
• Assist in generating leads and supporting sales efforts through efficient database management.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; prior experience with systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
