    Description

    Robert Half Legal has partnered with a reputable firm in North County, San Diego on a full time/direct hire associate attorney search. The firm prides themselves on work/life balance as there is only a 1600 guided billables. Salary for the role is budgeted to 155K. You have the opportunity to work on some very interesting complex litigation and 2nd chair trials.

    Responsibilities:

    + Legal research

    + Discovery

    + Depositions

    + Writing and arguing motions

    + 2nd chairing trials

    Requirements

    + 3-5 years of experience as an attorney

    + Licensed to practice law in California

    + Local to San Diego so that you can commute to the office

    + Litigation Experience preferred but not required

    + Open to a candidate in public practice looking to pivot to a firm
