Description
Robert Half is partnering with a company in the Saratoga Area. We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order management and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to streamline order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by managing and updating price lists, including annual and ongoing pricing adjustments.
• Oversee the sales order process, ensuring accuracy and addressing potential raw material or quality concerns proactively.
• Handle new customer onboarding by coordinating agreements and ensuring all required documentation is completed promptly.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys and interactions, sharing insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Organize and execute customer outreach activities, such as planning and distributing appreciation gifts.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers and freight forwarders, securing cost-effective options and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Manage international shipping processes while adhering to regulatory requirements and trade laws.
• Develop and maintain internal forms, process instructions, and training materials to support operational efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems, processing payments, and managing invoicing for consignment orders.
Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with experience in tools such as Sage Accounting Software.
• Strong understanding of buying and budget processes.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Experience in managing invoices and credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
