Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Informatica MDM Hub Console. This role involves designing and implementing data management solutions to enhance business operations and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

+ Design and implement robust data management solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.

+ Develop and maintain the MDM architecture ensuring scalability reliability and performance.

+ Utilize Informatica MDM Hub Console to manage and optimize master data management processes.

+ Oversee the integration of data management systems with existing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

+ Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.

+ Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards maintaining data integrity and security.

+ Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve data management issues minimizing downtime and disruption.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management to drive innovation and improvement.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define data management strategies that support business growth and objectives.

+ Prepare and present reports on data management performance and improvements to senior management.

+ Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data management within the organization.

Qualifications

+ Possess strong expertise in Data Management Functional demonstrating the ability to design and implement effective solutions.

+ Have extensive experience in MDM Architecture with a proven track record of successful projects.

+ Be proficient in using Informatica MDM Hub Console showcasing the ability to manage and optimize data processes.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data management issues.

+ Demonstrate strong communication skills capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Show a commitment to continuous learning staying updated with the latest data management trends and technologies.

+ Be detail-oriented ensuring compliance with data governance policies and maintaining data integrity.

Certifications Required

Informatica Certified Master Data Management Specialist

Application Expire: 6/05/2025

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
