    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + **SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with rotational on-call responsibility**

    The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support, specifically with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

    + Advanced knowledge such as IP addressing, BACnet/IP, and Modbus communication

    + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills related to facility control systems

    + Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls or tasks

    + A track record of identifying and resolving system issues efficiently in the field

    + Solid communication and customer service skills to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and team members
