    Experienced Building Automation Technician with a strong background in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Automation, HVAC and control systems. Proven ability to lead field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality technical support. Skilled in working within secure environments like military bases, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide technical expertise and facilitation for complex technical issues

    + Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

    + Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    + **SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm with rotational on-call responsibility**

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support, specifically with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

    + Advanced knowledge such as IP addressing, BACnet/IP, and Modbus communication

    + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills related to facility control systems

    + Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls or tasks

    + A track record of identifying and resolving system issues efficiently in the field

    + Solid communication and customer service skills to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and team members
