    Industrial Maintenance Technician Needed in Nashville, TN 1st and 2nd Shift up to $30/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring smooth operations throughout the facility. The position requires working Sunday through Friday and most Saturdays, from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance tasks as defined in the daily schedule and any additional tasks as required.

    + Utilize basic mechanical skills and knowledge of wrenches and sockets for equipment repairs.

    + Apply knowledge of grease guns and O-ring replacement techniques.

    + Conduct basic electrical work focusing on low voltage and control voltage systems.

    + Ensure safe operation of various hand tools, electric or otherwise, during maintenance activities.

    + Employ basic to intermediate measuring skills using tools such as tape measures, digital calipers, micrometers, and feeler gauges.

    + Work with minimal supervision, efficiently completing tasks from the task list.

    + Enter and close work orders using basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic mechanical skills

    + Knowledge of wrenches and sockets

    + Basic electrical knowledge (low voltage/control voltage)

    + Industrial maintenance experience preferred

    + Safe operation of various hand tools

    + Basic to intermediate measuring skills

    + Basic computer skills for record keeping

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems

    + Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures

    + Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and PLC troubleshooting

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems

    + Industrial maintenance experience of a couple of years is preferred

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
