    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Scheduler with experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource loaded schedules to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure the successful execution of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. The Project Scheduler will work closely with the Program Manager (PM), Control Account Managers (CAMs), contractors, and subcontractors to develop, update, and integrate schedules, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables and program objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Develop, Maintain and Revise the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS):

    + Develop and maintain schedule baselines.

    + Revise the IMP/IMS based on contract negotiations, internal changes, and updated deliverables or major reviews.

    + Modify, revise, and maintain intermediate summary and program schedules.

    + Review and monitor CA and subcontractor schedules, analyzing their impact on the IMS during baseline development and execution, addressing discrepancies as needed.

    + Send monthly status to the CAMs and incorporate into the IMS (MS Project).

    Schedule Impact Analysis and Corrective Action Plans:

    + Analyze schedule status impacts on the overall program.

    + Collaborate with relevant teams to develop corrective action plans to address schedule delay or issues.

    + Ensuring all activities support contract-level milestones outlined in the IMP.

    + Performs a schedule risk assessment on the remaining work.

    + Review and monitor CAM and subcontractor schedule inputs, analyzing their impact on the IMS baseline and reconcile any discrepancies.

    Traceability and Dependency Management:

    + Ensure both vertical traceability across all tiers of the IMS, ensuring all activities are aligned with program scope, goals and objectives.

    + Ensure horizontal dependency of key program activities is tracked by schedule links

    + Track key program activities using schedule links to ensure horizontal dependencies are maintained.

    Earned Value Management (EVM) Integration:

    + Work with the EVM Analyst to incorporate the IMS and resource data into the EVM System (Cobra) for the entire scope of work.

    Schedule Communication:

    + Ensure timely and accurate distribution of schedule information to the relevant stakeholders.

    + Facilitate communication between PM, CAMs, subcontractors, and other key personnel to ensure alignment on schedule updates and changes.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

    + Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project scheduling with a focus on Earned Value Management (EVM).

    + Strong experience with schedule development, analysis, tracking, and reporting using scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Cobra, Deltek Acumen Fuse, SSI Tools, Milestones Professional).

    Skills:

    + Expertise in managing and revising Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

    + Knowledge of vertical and horizontal traceability within project schedules.

    + Strong analytical skills to identify schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions.

    + Proficient with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, Cobra, Open Plan, or similar).

    + DoD and DCMA 14-Point IMS Assessment experience preferred.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
