• Weekend LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

    LaSante Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support healthcare providers in addressing patient needs. The LPN will play a pivotal role as a member of the care team, delivering safe, high-quality patient care and services.

    Responsibilities:

    + Room patients and assist during procedures/exams

    + Administer medications and immunizations

    + Monitor and document patient observations

    + Assist with examinations, diagnostics, and treatment

    + Perform diagnostic procedures within scope

    + Accurately document medical records

    + Educate patients/families on importance of health

    + Disinfect and sterilize instruments

    + Follow infection control procedures

    + Maintain supply inventory

    + Assist in additional tasks as directed by supervisor

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years healthcare experience preferred

    + LPN license in NY

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and staff

    + Warm, welcoming attitude
