Responsibilities
You’re an innovative thinker, passionate about the planet and eager to play a role in creating sustainable packaging that keeps the world healthy, fed and working. As part of our world-class, performance-focused team you will leverage your skills to build, support, maintain and enhance Amcor’s Time and Attendance platform. We are looking for you to bring your experience to the team as a subject matter expert and directly support our high-speed Rigid Packaging NA deployment team. The Tech Enablement team supports multiple, large-scale technology deployments across our plants and geographical regions. The UKG System Administrator will be the first level of response to issues, questions and requests; and will also help evangelize the platform and train our human resource professionals on the solution. This position can be in-person in Evansville, IN, USA; hybrid; or remote.
Key Job Accountabilities
The successful candidate will work with the Project Management Senior Director to Project Management support for various Technology and Analytic related initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas within the division.
As part of the team you will be responsible for...
+ Partnering with other departments across HR and Plant Operations to fully support the UKG solution and strategic priorities and projects set forth by the Technology Enablement team and our Divisional Leadership
+ Working with the functional owners and other stakeholders on the development of product enhancements and deployment; including test plans, UAT and training
+ Executing change requests, service requests and ensure critical issues are resolved quickly
+ Reviewing UKG Pro WFM releases for changes and functionality being introduced or retired
+ Championing innovation and change to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
+ The ideal candidate will have a strong, multi-year foundational understanding of the UKG Pro WFM and other modules within the platform
+ Minimum 2 years directly configuring/managing UKG Pro WFM Attendance and Advanced Scheduler is required. 3-5 years direct experience is preferred
+ UKG certifications / formal training highly desirable
+ Experience with UKG Pro WFM Data views and Reports desirable but not required
+ Able to create cross-functional relationships and work in a global, matrixed environment
+ Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Able to work independently, self-guided as well as part of the greater team
+ Experience conducting design sessions, build, test and deployment
+ Experience in manufacturing environment is desirable but not required
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Experience with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, and other system inside Oracle HCM and/or as separate solutions is highly desirable
+ Bachelor’s Degree or greater preferred or with 3-5 years equivalent experience
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership skills. The successful candidate must work effectively with all levels of personnel.
