**Job Title:** Senior Manager Software Engineering (multiple openings)

**Job Location:** Riverwoods, IL

**Job Type:** Full Time

**Duties:** Manages software ownership and development from initial concept through continuous improvements. Coaches and mentors team members. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Position requires 5% domestic and international travel.

**Requirements** : Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.

**Position required skills:** Position requires experience in the following: Design and programming technologies including Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Building and/or implementations for API & APPLET/SDK based payment products leveraging EMVCo technologies like EMV CHIP Contact & Contactless products, tokenization, 3-D Secure, Tap on Mobile, Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) & QR Payments. Defining test strategies and building developers tools, sandboxes, and required documentation to support EMV payment products certification testing & integration. Cloud-based technologies including AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or OpenShift. Testing and build/deploy concepts including TDD, BDD using Cucumber, Gradle/Maven, Selenium, Sauce labs or SonarQube; CI/CD Pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Chef, Ansible, or Nexus; and Agile principles including stable work environments and continuous delivery of software.

**Rate of Pay:** _The base pay for this position generally ranges between $210,862 to $217,400. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
