    What You'll Do:

    + Administrative Support

    + Managing documentation, including meeting minutes and progress reports.

    + Preparing presentations and reports.

    + Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.

    + Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

    + Office management.

    + Planning and managing logistics of and attending community events.

    + Working with the Network Director and Manager in coordinating grant writing and reporting.

    + Communication and Coordination

    + Communicating updates to stakeholders and Network partners.

    + Facilitating communication between different Network partners and teams.

    + Ensuring everyone is informed of status, changes, and updates.

    + Project Management Support

    + Assisting with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

    + Tracking progress and identifying potential issues or risks.

    + Helping to resolve issues and ensure objectives stay on track.

    + Network Partner Relations

    + Work with the Network Manager and the Unite Us Social Care platform team to conduct outreach, onboarding, and continuous support for prospective and current network partners and their technology and/or software partners.

    + Provide technical assistance to prospective and current network partners and/or provide referrals to other team members when appropriate.

    + Other duties as assigned

    + What You'll Bring

    + Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree in one of the social sciences, healthcare, public health, human services, or a related field. At least 5 years' relevant experience in the same field may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

    + Key Skills:

    + Prior experience in human services.

    + Ability to manage a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex environment while balancing multiple competing priorities.

    + Experience in bridge-building with diverse groups and

    + Demonstrated understanding of policy and systems change

    + High degree of computer literacy with exceptional knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.

    + Licensing:

    + A valid driver's license and automotive insurance.
