Responsibilities:

+ Handle artwork with care during packing, unpacking, installation, and transportation.

+ Use proper tools and techniques to install and deinstall art in galleries, homes, or institutions.

+ Wrap and pack artwork securely using archival materials.

+ Assist with inventory management and condition reporting.

+ Load and unload trucks with artworks, crates, and display materials.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

+ Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.

+ Inventory control.

+ Quality check all art work.

Qualifications:

+ equivalent; art handling experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Familiarity with safe handling of fragile and valuable items

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more)
