Roles and Responsibilities for this Role Include
+ Clinical Supervision and Support:
+ Oversee respective services and ensure integration with broader clinical programs.
+ Serve as a resource for complex case consultations.
+ Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
+ Act as a bridge between their discipline and other clinical professionals.
+ Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
+ Workforce Planning:
+ Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for their respective disciplines.
+ Evaluate and optimize staffing models.
+ Complete annual performance reviews for respective members within clinical discipline.
+ Educational Leadership:
+ Coordinate training programs for interns.
+ Strategic Planning:
+ Contribute to the department’s strategic initiatives, including program growth and service expansion.
+ Provide input on resource allocation and budget planning for their areas.
+ Review capacity, access, and productivity metrics for area.
+ Communication:
+ Serve as a representative for their discipline in departmental leadership meetings.
+ Disseminate critical information to their teams and provide feedback to leadership.
+ Research Collaboration:
+ Facilitate involvement in departmental research initiatives.
+ Encourage grant applications and publications from respective team.
+ Quality Assurance and Policy:
+ Develop and monitor quality assurance programs for respective services.
+ Collaborate on policies impacting respective practice within the department.
+ System Initiatives: Serve as a representative for the discipline in system-wide Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health and Integrated Care initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and contributing to the development and implementation of integrated care strategies.
