    Description

    Robert Half is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Recruiter for a dynamic company located in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

    + Post job ads, review resumes, and screen applicants

    + Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams

    + Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines

    + Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

    + Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
