Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Glendon, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to effectively manage financial transactions and support various accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable collections to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.

• Conduct credit reviews to assess customer financial health and mitigate risks.

• Record daily bank transactions accurately and maintain systematic tracking.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.

• Assist in month-end reconciliation tasks to support accurate financial reporting.

• Provide support for accounts payable processes, including invoice management and payment scheduling.

• Deliver audit support by preparing relevant documentation and responding to inquiries.

• Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects to assist with decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements • Proven experience in managing collections within a consumer-focused environment.

• Demonstrated ability to perform credit reviews and risk assessments.

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and familiarity with financial systems.

• Knowledge of month-end close processes and related accounting practices.

• Experience supporting accounts payable operations, including invoice handling.

• Strong analytical skills for conducting ad-hoc financial analyses.

• Ability to work both on-site and remotely after demonstrating self-sufficiency.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
