Description We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to support the operations of a leading non-profit organization in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a key part of this team, you will manage front desk activities, provide top-notch administrative assistance, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update important organizational records.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
• Serve as a central communication hub by coordinating with various departments to streamline workflows.
• Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to create clear and actionable reports.
• Ensure that the front desk area remains clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors.
• Assist in the execution of special projects and tasks assigned by leadership.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Operate a multi-line phone system efficiently to manage incoming and outgoing calls. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service skills to interact professionally with diverse groups.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
