Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data team and play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker with strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities

+ Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

+ Partner with business teams to define KPIs, identify data needs, and translate business questions into analytical queries

+ Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data from various sources

+ Provide recommendations to stakeholders based on data insights to improve performance and efficiency

+ Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reporting and analytics

+ Support data governance, documentation, and cross-functional analytics initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role

+ Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

+ Advanced SQL skills; able to work across complex schemas and large datasets

+ Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and forecasting

+ Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to present data clearly and concisely

+ Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus

+ Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred

Nice to Have:

+ Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline tools

+ Experience in finance, healthcare, eCommerce, or SaaS industries

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
