Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Closer to join our team in White Bear, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the final stages of real estate transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant. This is an onsite position that requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of title insurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are prepared and accurate.

• Review and verify title insurance documents for compliance and completeness.

• Collaborate with clients, agents, and lenders to resolve any outstanding issues before closing.

• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for all transactions.

• Enter and maintain data in internal systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and track transaction details.

• Conduct final reviews of title commitments and identify discrepancies.

• Ensure all financial transactions related to closings are processed correctly and on time.

Requirements • Proven experience in title insurance or a related field, such as a Title Examiner role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data management.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data entry accurately.

• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and financial processing tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of real estate and title insurance industry standards.
