    Description

    Staff Accountant

     

    Support key accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close processes

    Responsibilities

    • Perform month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries.

    • Manage accounts payable functions, including coding invoices, completing three-way matches, and issuing checks.

    • Handle accounts receivable tasks such as processing payments and maintaining accurate records.

    • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

    • Assist in generating financial reports and supporting audits as needed.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

    • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Familiarity with month-end close procedures.

    • Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred.
