    Key Responsibilities:

    + Handle incoming calls in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service to clients and customers.

    + Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.

    + Document call details and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.

    + Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline support processes.

    + Maintain compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.

    Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Clear verbal ability and empathy for customer needs.

    + Ability to navigate multiple systems and keep accurate documentation.

    + A proactive approach to addressing and resolving customer concerns.

    + Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

    + Comfort navigating computer systems and CRM tools.
