Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position involves providing exceptional support to clients by making outbound calls and assisting individuals with relevant experience in scheduling and program-related inquiries. Based in the healthcare industry, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely, with occasional on-site equipment needs in Boca Raton, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage with clients and provide program-related information.
• Assist eligible individuals in scheduling appointments and answering questions about available services.
• Follow provided scripts to ensure clear and consistent communication during client interactions.
• Leave detailed voicemail messages for clients who cannot be reached and document all call outcomes thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications and update internal systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with equipment, escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with the Boca Raton office for equipment pick-up, drop-off, or troubleshooting when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures during client interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and long-term performance goals.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to follow scripts and adapt to client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Remote Desktop or similar remote access tools.
• A distraction-free home workspace suitable for video conferencing and clear communication.
