    Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date account records. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in invoicing, collections, and reconciliations while contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and record accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and cash application.

    • Monitor and manage aging reports to ensure timely collections of outstanding balances.

    • Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

    • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

    • Generate and analyze reports to track receivables and identify trends or issues.

    • Handle commercial collections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing or payment inquiries.

    • Utilize software tools like QuickBooks, AppFolio, and Microsoft Excel for financial management tasks.

    • Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation for audits and internal reviews. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

    • Proficiency in account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications.

    • Strong skills in commercial collections and resolving payment issues.

    • Experience working with financial software such as QuickBooks and AppFolio.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
