Main objective of the position is to provide seasonal field

engineering oversight on all types of generator work.

The Seasonal Generator Field Services Engineer will be

accountable to perform crew supervision, inspection, testing, and communication

to customers both internal and external. This position is part of Turbine and

Generator Specialty Services based in Region North America but serves customers

globally **.**

How** **You’ll Make an Impact

+ Direct teams offield service engineers, technicians and craft labor personnel in theinstallation, repair maintenance, and troubleshooting of generators atvarious customer sites.

+ Conductelectrical and mechanical specialty testing (low and high voltage) asrequired.

+ Coordinate andmanage staffing of project team at customer sites.

+ Providegenerator and generator interface knowledge and expertise to divisionmanagement, customer management, product line management and suppliers.

+ Ensures allwork is performed per approved processes and procedures while maintainingthe highest levels of safety and quality.

+ Prepare andforward accurate reports concerning the condition and repairs andrecommendations for customer equipment.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or similar field required.

+ A minimum of 3years of experience in field service is required; Candidates with moreexperience may be eligible for a more senior level position.

+ Must haveworking knowledge of large electrical apparatus, including but not limitedto, generator inspection, testing, generator rewinds and repairs.

+ Must possessorganizational skills, planning, attention to detail and safety culture.

+ This positionis 100% REMOTE due to 100% travel is required.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the

United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work

authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be

eligible for internal transfers.
