Adecco Search is actively recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join a market-leading corrugated and packaging company in Rochester, New York. This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and mentor a regional sales team to exceed revenue goals
+ Build strong relationships with top accounts through in-person engagement
+ Set sales territories, quotas, and pricing strategies
+ Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support employee development
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 3–5+ years of B2B sales leadership, ideally in packaging, printing, or manufacturing
+ Strong skills in territory management, pricing, and forecasting
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Willingness to travel regionally and engage with key clients
