Title: Payroll Analyst

Pay:$35 - $40 an hour

A global leading company is looking for an Payroll Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to, multi-state payroll processing, utilizing UKG Payroll Software, payroll tax registration, tax filing, auditing and much more!

Job Responsibilities:

+ Process payroll for 2,900 employees (split up bi-weekly for contract/full time, so each week is around 1,500 employees)

+ Process payroll utilizing UKG Pro

+ Payroll Taxes (tax law and regulations, compliance, paid family leave, etc.)

+ Time and Attendance knowledge

+ Handle employee inquiries

+ Utilize BI portals and experience with payroll reporting (where to look for reports, how to use them)

+ Ad-Hoc Tax Projects

Must Have Experience:

+ 5+ years payroll experience

+ Must have UKG payroll experience

+ Strong Attention to Detail

+ Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
