Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

Industry: Construction & Heavy Equipment

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process

+ Administer payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems accurately and on schedule

+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

+ Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling

+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and assist with conflict resolution

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in human resources, payroll, or administrative support (construction industry experience is a plus)

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
